Mason Purpose Build Wearables
Designed from the ground up to address common pain points in enterprise hardware and mobility, Mason devices range from biometric healthcare wearables to large touchscreen kiosks. Each device runs MasonOS, a customizable operating system integrated with Mason Mobile Device Management for scalable fleet control. This foundation enables enterprises to securely deploy use-case-specific mobile solutions in days rather than years.
I led UX Research, Software Design, and Industrial Design for the Mason Smartphone, the Snapdragon-based SmartWatch, and the TeleDock remote patient monitoring station. My role spanned strategy, research, planning, and end-to-end product design across government, healthcare, and other highly regulated industries.
By fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across hardware and software teams, I helped unify the customer journey, embed accessibility standards, and operationalize user-centered design principles. Today, over 1 million Mason devices are deployed across clinical trials, U.S. border services, and telehealth — expanding what’s possible in enterprise mobility.
